How long is the delivery time?
We normally offer delivery within 3–5 days in Sweden. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery address.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, shipping costs may apply depending on the destination and the size of the order.
Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Yes, we also deliver outside Sweden. For orders outside Europe, please contact us by phone or e-mail, and we will find the best possible delivery solution.
What is the return policy?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your order. To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone and we will help you with the return process.
How do I make a complaint?
If you need to make a complaint about a product, please contact us by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. Describe the issue and feel free to attach photos, and we will help you further.

What material are the furnishings made of?
Our outdoor furniture is mainly made of teak, while the choice of material for indoor furniture varies depending on the model. More information about materials and design can be found on each product page.
How do you care for teak furniture?
Teak is a durable and naturally weather-resistant wood that requires relatively little maintenance. If left untreated, it will develop a silvery-grey patina over time, while treatment with teak oil helps preserve its warm wood tone.
Do the furniture need to be assembled?
It varies between different products. Assembly information can be found on each product page, and if you are unsure, you are always welcome to contact us.
Can the furniture be left outside all year round?
Our teak furniture is well-suited for outdoor use all year round. To keep the furniture in good condition over time, we recommend storing it indoors during the winter and using rain covers where provided. Cushions and textiles should always be stored in a dry place when not in use.
Does teak furniture get a grey patina over time?
Yes, teak develops a natural silver-grey patina over time if left untreated. This does not affect the furniture's durability, but is part of teak's natural aging process.
Can I order cushions separately?
Yes, you can order cushions separately if you need to supplement or replace an existing cushion. For many of our products, cushions are already included, which is stated on the respective product page.
