Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back to us without a return request having been made first will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customised products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and self-care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right, notwithstanding the above, to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to give any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked the return, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 15 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund before it appears in your account.
